Cr Rachel Russell talks to local radio station 2ST about her experience as a respondent in Land and Environment Court proceedings brought by Repoly appealing refusal of its proposal for a plastics refinery in the Southern Highlands. Cr Russell says:
“I entered this case to reassure my community that all the resources we needed would be able to come on board for the legal fight.
